Visa’s Corporate IT organization is on a multi-year transformation to modernize the digital workplace, elevate employee experience, and enable secure, scalable, and frictionless productivity across the enterprise. Client Engineering is a critical pillar of this strategy, responsible for delivering highly reliable, secure, and intuitive endpoint platforms that support Visa’s global workforce. We are seeking a dynamic, transformational leader to join our team as Director, Client Engineering – macOS.

This role owns Visa’s global macOS platform strategy, engineering, and operations—defining the end-to-end platform vision; driving modern management practices; and ensuring a best-in-class employee and developer experience  Director operates at the intersection of engineering excellence, security and risk partnership, user experience, and operational rigor—setting standards, shaping investment decisions, and leading cross-functional execution across a complex, regulated global enterprise. Job Scope This role has global responsibility for macOS platform architecture, engineering, lifecycle management, and service delivery across Visa.

You will partner closely with Information Security, Workplace Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure the macOS platform is secure, resilient, and optimized for modern work. This role aligns to Visa’s Director job architecture and carries accountability for strategy, people leadership, financial stewardship, and cross-functional delivery.
