Luna Data Solutions is seeking a Sr Project Manager (App Dev) for a long term hybrid project in Austin TX.

Duration 12 months initially, can extend.

Hybrid schedule 2 days a week onsite 78751 zip.

• Seasoned project manager who relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master a plus.
• Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the project(s).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification may be requested.

• 8+ years of Information Technology Project Management with PMP certification.
• 8+ years of Agile Scrum Methodology and/or SAFe.
• 8+ years of experience in preparing project budgets.
• 8+ years of experience managing technical software development staff.
• 8+ years of managing customer-oriented Integrated Product Teams.
• 8+ years knowledge of business analysis, business process mapping and requirements documentation for one or more of the following: CMBHS, Texas Medicaid, MMIS, TIERS, Care Logic, Netsmart, Credible, my Avatar, Facets, QNXT, Health Edge, Epic, Cerner or MEDITECH.
• 8+ years of experience utilizing Azure Dev Ops.
• 8+ years of experience in management of User Acceptance Testing.
• 8+ years of experience with PPM systems.

• 8+ years of preparing formal Business Case and Project Charter.
