We are seeking an experienced Staff Enterprise Systems Technical Business Analyst to lead strategic initiatives across our enterprise applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce and customer-facing business systems. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Engineering and Product to deliver scalable technology solutions that enable new products, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating roadmap discussions, gathering detailed business requirements, and partnering with technical teams to deliver complex system enhancements. You will need deep Salesforce expertise, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical business partners.

• Product Strategy Execution:
  Partner with Product Managers to implement technical solutions supporting new product packages and platform enhancements; translate product vision into scalable system capabilities and implementation plans.

• Business Analysis:
  Deeply understand business processes through observations and interviews to ensure the right tools, reports, and processes are built and implemented to align with business priorities. Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering for new project initiatives, write user stories, acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering to finalize solution design.

• End-to-End Delivery Support:
