Sales Account Manager; Team Dell

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as sales and technical lead for multiple Dell Power Edge and AI server programs based on Intel Xeon processors and AI accelerators, and collaborate with marketing team to drive complete end-to-end execution.
• Partner closely with Intel and Dell engineering, product, marketing, and program teams worldwide to align on features, schedules, quality, and issue resolution, ensuring successful product execution.
• Drive strategic design-win engagements for future Intel Xeon and AI accelerator products, influencing both Intel and Dell roadmaps through deep customer insight, competitive analysis, and early requirements gathering.
• Act as the primary interface between Intel and Dell, rapidly resolving business and technical issues, managing escalations, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships across the hierarchy at the customer to shape long-term technology strategy and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Application Engineers to develop and execute technical account strategies that drive revenue growth, technology adoption, and long-term customer success.
• When required, develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, whitepapers, and training materials while enabling Intel and Dell sales teams on new technologies, solutions, and competitive positioning.
• Represent Intel at customer meetings, executive briefings, industry conferences, architecture reviews, and technical workshops.

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or business degree combined with relevant technical experience.
• 2+ years of experience with: AI GPU server market and wider ecosystem Direct experience working with Tier 1 OEMs/ODMs Enterprise data center ecosystems

• Experience with hyperscale, enterprise server, or AI infrastructure platforms.
• Knowledge of Intel Xeon architecture, AI accelerators, PCIe, memory, or storage technologies.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical engagements.
• Familiarity with Server and AI workloads.
• Experience presenting to executive and technical audiences.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both internally and externally.
