Our Commercial Insurance Department in Austin, TX, is looking for a licensed Property & Casualty Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll go beyond policies to deliver proactive risk management consulting and unmatched client service to small and middle‑market clients.

• Licensed Property & Casualty professional with at least one year of experience managing commercial insurance accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with numbers.
• Experience with EPIC is a plus, and you excel at building and maintaining client relationships.
• Organized, tech‑savvy, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Consistent and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality service.

• Delivers high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients by assisting with the Commercial Insurance Department’s overall workflow processes and providing routine client support.
• Contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG’s value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Supports the business priorities of the Production team members and the Client Service function.
• Adheres to efficiency/productivity and process standards such as data and documents requirements, timelines, tool usage, etc.
• Assists with the Commercial Insurance Department’s overall workflow processes.
• Creates documents, certificates, etc. using appropriate systems and resources, which may include communications, forms, certificates, reports, etc.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

• Active TX Property & Casualty license, strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with EPIC, strongly preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships, preferred.
• Business acumen.

• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
• Consistent and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
