Insurance sales experience is preferred
, especially Allstate experience, but we're also open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Recommend insurance products and coverage based on each customer's situation.
• Prepare quotes and explain coverage, discounts, and options.
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
• Generate new business and work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products.
• Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer information and agency records.
• Participate in training and coaching to continue developing your skills.

• Insurance sales experience is preferred

• Active Property & Casualty license is a plus (must be obtained upon hire)
