Private Client Insurance Producer

Bevel is a VC-backed, AI-native P&C insurance brokerage based in Austin, TX serving the high net worth personal lines market. We formed after the 2025 Palisades fires, where we discovered thousands of families were catastrophically underinsured.

We are redefining what it means to offer a personalized client insurance experience and building the highest-caliber team of insurance advisors anywhere on the planet. Our proprietary technology empowers our risk advisors to be significantly more productive and offers an unparalleled client experience. The incumbents are private-equity-backed shops squeezing margins and cutting service. We are the alternative, and we are hiring our first experienced producer cohort now.

You prospect, paint a risk profile, and close HNW clients. You'll leverage our tech to find potential clients, understand their risk profile, create proposals, and close deals faster than you can otherwise. For our first hires, we are looking for culture and tech shapers. You will produce at a high level, but you will also have a meaningful role in deciding the tech we build and establishing what 'excellent' looks like for Bevel.

You will be supported by a service team, but we expect everyone in the organization to do what is best for the client at all times, even if it means taking an extra few minutes to write a hand written note or send a happy birthday email.

• Commissions:

• Risk advisor, not transactional broker:
  Your job is to initiate conversations with and advise HNW households on their full risk profile across properties, entities, staff, and lifestyle
• AI-native tooling built for HNW workflows:
  Coverage review automation, quote comparisons, proposal builders, client self-service platforms and more enable you to spend 80%+ of your time with clients. The tech strips out manual workflows, so producers carry 2-3x the book a traditional producer-service team can carry. As a first-cohort producer, you will meaningfully help shape the technology around what you need to be the best producer possible

• 3+ years of HNW production experience
• Comfortable across the HNW carrier panel:
  Chubb, PURE, AIG PCS, Cincinnati, Vault, Berkley One
• Entrepreneurial, hungry, and unhappy with the ceiling at your current shop
• Curious about AI tools and eager to shape the ones you use every day
• Located in Austin or Houston and able to work in-office
• Active Texas P&C license required or ability to get Texas P&C license
