AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced associate to manage the claims reporting process for agency clients. You will report claims to carriers and maintain records in the agency management system, while following up to obtain adjuster details and claim numbers.
Monitor ongoing claims until closure and escalate issues as needed. Strong communication, time management, and at least 2 years of commercial insurance claims experience are required; licensing within 60 days is expected.
