WFS-Video Specialist; Bilingual – Korean​/Chinese expertise

Video Specialist (Bilingual – Korean/Chinese)

Location:

Onsite in Austin, TX.

Schedule:

Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday, 10 AM - 7 PM (40 hours per week).

Duration: 1 year contract with extension.

• Troubleshoot video/system playback issues and propose short and long‑term solutions.
• Respond quickly and decisively to technical issues in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Identify trends in video/audio issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to meet project goals.

• 2–4 years of experience working with digital video.
• Bilingual proficiency (Korean or Chinese).
• Strong knowledge of digital video and audio technical issues.
• Passion for the film and TV industry and familiarity with subscription video content services and product offerings.
• Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to take initiative and adapt to changing environments.

• Experience in identifying and solving video playback issues.
