Bilingual Collector

Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking a Bilingual Collector to help members resolve delinquent accounts while delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will contact members in English and Spanish, explain account status, and negotiate payment arrangements that align with policies and member needs. You'll document all interactions, follow regulatory and privacy requirements, and partner with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
