Speech Language Pathologist Assistant – Bilingual
The Speech Language Pathologist Assistant – Bilingual provides school-based services for our students on an as-needed basis. The role supports student success through multidisciplinary collaboration, participation in ARD/IEP processes, timely documentation, and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver bilingual therapy under SLP supervision.
- Document sessions.
- Assist evaluations.
- Prepare bilingual materials.
- Support IEP services.
- Communicate with families.
- Maintain records.
- Use district systems.
- Follow supervision plan.
- Other duties.
Skills and Certifications
Active Texas SLPA license; bilingual English/Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- School experience.
- Spanish fluency.
- Strong communication.
