Product Assurance Specialist Intern (Austin, TX)

Region: South (US)
ETC is hiring interns for the summer of 2027!
Some of the duties you may be doing:- Support the product development and maintenance release process through product validation testing with supervision
- Execute test scenarios to uncover product design defects with supervision
- Report product defects via defect tracking database, following defects to resolution
- Provide technical support to internal customers
- Perform assigned project tasks under the supervision of more senior-level Product Assurance Specialists, a Team Lead, or Management
- Participates in the ISO on the job training
- Provide task completion time estimates
- Become familiar with tools and applications utilized by department
- Learn department and corporate policies, procedures, and plans
- Schedule and attend identified training classes
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- 1-2 years post high school education in area of specialization
- GPA: 3.0 or higher
- Computer and service knowledge
- Experience in a team environment
- Experience with problem tracking tools
