The successful candidate will be instrumental in representing our diverse clientele, ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations, in various commercial disputes.

• Representing clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, including but not limited to contract disputes, business torts, partnership and shareholder disputes, and intellectual property litigation.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

• Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations, potential risks, and the best strategies to mitigate these risks.

• Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact our clients and their business operations.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership in good standing with a state Bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficient in litigation and legal research tools.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Strong understanding of business operations and commercial laws.
• High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the court.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions based on thorough research and analysis.
