We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and detail‑oriented paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who have a keen interest in real estate and municipal utility district law. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal with relevant experience.
Responsibilities- Conduct legal research and factual investigation related to real estate and municipal utility district law.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, minute books.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, agency personnel, and other professionals.
- Maintain and organize files and legal databases.
- Assist in due diligence reviews and real estate closings.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and provide legal updates to the team.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in real estate and municipal utility district law.
- Paralegal certification from an accredited program.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Proficiency in using legal research software and other computer technology.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and court systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically.
