Interim Employment Litigation Paralegal

Company: Large publicly-traded technology company

Experience: Minimum of 4 years relevant experience

Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid

• US Litigation support for employment legal attorneys including discovery collection, litigation holds, and project matter management.
• Cross-functional collaboration with the business, HR, ER, and other Legal teams including outside counsel.
• Ongoing internal workflows like managing matter / issue intake for the US Employment Legal team.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of litigation or investigations support experience as a Paralegal/Legal Specialist at a law firm, government agency or in-house legal department.
• Experience in or exposure to employment legal issues in a law firm, government, or in-house setting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
