MW Talent is representing a confidential, top-tier global law firm seeking an IP Litigation Attorney (Patent & Trade Secret) with 3-5 years of experience to join its nationally recognized Patent Litigation Practice Group.

About the Role

This team handles complex and high-profile patent litigation involving advanced technologies, life sciences innovations, and major consumer products. Known for its trial strength and technical depth, the group works in the most active patent litigation jurisdictions in the U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Litigate patent and trade secret matters from early stages through trial
  • Draft motions, briefs, and legal analyses
  • Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and prepare expert materials
  • Work with technical experts and explain sophisticated technologies in clear terms
  • Participate in courtroom strategy and case development
  • Communicate directly with clients and support partners in high-stakes cases
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of IP litigation experience (patent or trade secret)
  • Undergraduate degree in CS, EE, Physics, or Mathematics strongly preferred
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to take on increasing responsibility
  • Member of the state bar where practicing
