We are seeking a project‑development lawyer with 5+ years of experience in construction, procurement, and project development. The ideal candidate will have a background in renewable energy or oil & gas sectors, or extensive construction experience, especially on large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include negotiating engineering, procurement, and construction agreements; operations and maintenance agreements; equipment procurement agreements; and other development agreements for high‑profile renewable energy, energy storage, power generation, and other energy transition projects.

This position resides on our market‑leading Projects team, Band 1 Chambers‑ranked in all relevant categories, and may be located in Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Antonio, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.

• 5+ years of experience as a project‑development lawyer.
• Experience with renewable energy projects preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
