• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts for residential and commercial transactions
• Conduct thorough title examinations and resolve title issues efficiently
• Schedule, prepare for, and attend closings, representing buyers and sellers
• Prepare and file deeds and related documents via ACRIS
• Represent financial institutions in loan transactions, including preparation of Closing Disclosures
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, brokers, and lenders to keep transactions moving

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the State Bar (State Bar required)
• 9 years of relevant real estate law experience (real estate attorney / real estate finance attorney background strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of title, contract law, and closing procedures
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple files efficiently and independently

• Commercial and residential transaction support, including complex contract negotiation
• Title examination, clearance, and issue resolution
• Closing preparation and execution; managing deadlines and deliverables
• Lender-side real estate finance work, including loan documentation and Closing Disclosures
• Strong stakeholder communication with clients, brokers, and lenders
