Paralegal, Labor and Employment Litigation

A leading global technology company is seeking a Paralegal to support its US Employment Legal team on a contract-basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong litigation support, discovery, and legal hold experience to work directly with attorneys and cross-functional business teams in a fast-paced, in-house environment.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with an anticipated 7-month duration, based in Austin, TX.

What You’ll Do

• Support US employment litigation matters, including discovery collection, litigation holds, and project/matter management
• Partner closely with Employment Legal attorneys, HR, Employee Relations, business stakeholders, and outside counsel
• Manage ongoing internal workflows, including monitoring and responding to the US Employment Legal intake alias
• Assist with employment investigations and litigation-related processes, ensuring matters progress efficiently day to day

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of litigation or investigations support experience as a Paralegal or Legal Specialist (law firm, government, or in-house)
• Experience or exposure to employment law matters
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working cross-functionally
