An Austin-based boutique law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Attorney to support our growing Real Estate and Business Law practice.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing matters independently while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and advance case files efficiently
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Investigate facts and develop case strategy
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate and business matters
• Identify and analyze complex legal, real estate, and business issues

Required Qualifications:

• Must currently reside in the Austin area (no out-of-state candidates)
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
• Active member of the Texas Bar in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or business law
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
