What You’ll Do Lead your own caseload and develop creative, strategic approaches for every client Represent clients confidently in contested family law matters (hearings, mediation, trial) Help families find resolutions through negotiation, not just litigation Apply deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code and TRCP Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and pragmatism Be part of a team that believes in winning together and growing every day What You Bring 3 years of experience handling contested family law cases Active Texas State Bar License Strong negotiation and communication skills Alignment with our core values:
