Litigation Attorney

Lateral Link is assisting a boutique litigation firm seeking to grow its Austin office. Medical malpractice and/or general liability defense experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, must be able to manage cases, and be comfortable with all aspects of litigation, in particular case assessment, discovery and depositions, and mediation.

This is a partner-track position, and the firm prides itself on providing a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and support.

Compensation is expected to start in the $150k range, depending on experience, plus generous quarterly and annual bonuses based on billables, and full benefits. A candidate with directly applicable experience may be able to earn a higher base salary. Texas bar required.
