Estate Planning, Probate, and Trusts Attorney

A well-established, highly respected Texas law firm is seeking a senior associate or "of counsel" or partner level attorney with experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trusts to join its sophisticated private wealth practice in Austin. This is an opportunity to work on complex estate and gift tax planning matters, advanced tax strategy, and the design and implementation of comprehensive estate plans, including wills, powers of attorney, and a wide range of trust structures.

The ideal candidate has significant experience advising fiduciaries such as executors, trustees, and agents, and is confident handling high-level probate and estate administration matters. Texas licensure is required, and strong academic credentials, a distinguished work history, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Board Certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law is preferred.
