O'Melveny is accepting applications for a 2026 1L Summer Associate in our Austin office.
O'Melveny is seeking 1L summer associate candidates who want to work on high profile, transformative assignments with the best and brightest legal talent in our Austin, Dallas, and Houston offices. Applicants should be committed to uncompromising excellence, distinctive leadership, and superior citizenship. 1L Texas summer associates will have access to the developmental and networking opportunities afforded to all of our summer associates.
Candidates must submit a resume and a law school transcript (if your law school transcript is not yet available, you may still apply and upload your law school transcript at a later date).
If you are interested in the 1L Coleman Fellowship in any of our Texas offices, please first submit your application for a general 1L Summer Associate position for the Texas office in which you are interested. Once that application is submitted, you will receive a link to submit your supplemental Coleman application.
