Litigation Associate

An impressive Austin litigation firm of 25+ years is seeking an associate (3+ years of experience) to join its insurance coverage, business disputes, and civil appeals practice.

Founded by former Big Law attorneys, the firm combines sophisticated legal work with a more sustainable and collaborative practice model. With consistently low attorney turnover, the firm has built a stable, respected presence in the Austin legal community. They handle high dollar death and catastrophic injury cases at all levels from initial investigation to DWC administrative hearings to judicial review and appeal.

This position offers substantial responsibility and meaningful courtroom exposure. The selected attorney will manage an independent caseload while also collaborating with seasoned litigators on complex matters. You will be involved in every phase of litigation, including case strategy and evaluation, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
• Active Texas law license (required)
