My client, a well respected National Law firm is looking for an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate . The ideal candidate will have experience in patent litigation before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Duties- Represent clients in patent litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Collaborate with team members on case strategy.
- Participate in hearings and trials.
- Experience in patent litigation.
- Familiarity with U.S. district courts and related legal bodies.
- Membership in the Patent Bar preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent.
- Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
The annual salary for this position is between 250-375k
Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
