• Advise clients on energy regulatory matters and infrastructure transactions.

• 3-6+ years of significant law firm experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with digital infrastructure and energy procurement.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Admission to the state bar in Texas or eligibility for admission.
