As the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead and optimize UPLIFT Desk’s end-to-end supply chain, driving efficiency across demand planning, purchasing, inventory, and transportation. You will leverage data-driven insights to improve product availability, reduce costs, and enhance service levels while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers.

This role requires a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable analyzing data as they are engaging with teams and operations. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations.

What You ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or Data Analytics
  • 5-7 years of progressive supply chain experience of increasing responsibility, including a strong emphasis on demand planning, with 2 years+ of supervisory experience
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and fluency with Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems, demand forecasting systems, and data analytics
  • Understanding of all stages of the supply chain, from sourcing to distribution
  • Demonstrated success leading a team of purchasing and supply chain professionals
Bonus Points For
  • Experience with Netsuite and Demand Planning tools such as Blue Ridge
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or M.S., or advanced training in data analytics
  • Certification through the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) or other relevant industry group;
    Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred
  • Experience at a growth-oriented ecommerce company
  • Prior history of working with international partners
What You’ll Do
  • Lead, manage and drive accountability while supervising a team of purchasing and supply chain professionals
  • Own demand forecasting, purchasing strategy, imports and vendor performance
  • Analyze and leverage data from Net Suite, Blue Ridge, and other systems to drive decisions and improve outcomes
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective inbound delivery
  • Partner with overseas manufacturers on production planning, quality, and delivery timelines
  • Drive continuous improvement in service levels, inventory turns, and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Warehousing, and Sales to align supply with demand
  • Provide clear, proactive communication on inventory position, risks, and inbound timelines
  • Present insights, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the supply chain
