Responsibilities
  • Executes strategic plans that improve service, productivity and quality, aligning with the overall organization vision.
  • Understands the technical requirements of partners and works closely with internal development teams to guide the direction of supply chain activities.
  • Prepares and provides detailed data‑driven business reviews to senior management, focused on new product launches.
  • Drives strategic BOM reviews to ensure multi‑sourcing of critical components and timely qualifications.
  • Drives strategic inventory management of long‑lead, unique materials in a timely manner to ensure successful launch and post‑launch scaling.
  • Develops and implements systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
  • 4+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations experience
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
