Kalon Executive Search has been retained by a high-growth, omnichannel consumer products company to identify a top-tier Supply Chain Manager to join their team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for supply planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure strong in-stock performance and efficient operations.

This position is Hybrid/Remote out of Austin, TX.

• Own end-to-end supply planning and inventory management, balancing service levels, inventory turns, and growth objectives
• Monitor inventory positions and proactively mitigate risks related to shortages, excess, and supply constraints
• Partner closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers to manage production timelines and resolve capacity challenges
• Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment partner performance against defined KPIs
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation of raw materials and finished goods
• Utilize ERP systems (including Net Suite or similar) to manage inventory, purchasing, and system accuracy (e.g., SKU setup, planning parameters)
• Track, analyze, and report on key supply chain KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve issues and enhance overall performance

• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or logistics, ideally within a CPG or consumer products environment
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Net Suite strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, supply planning methodologies, and 3PL operations
• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

$130,000 - $150,000 plus bonus and benefits
