Warehouse Operations Specialist; Korean​/English bilingual

We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic employee. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse management and handling piping materials.

• Oversee the storage of piping materials and manage the warehouse.
• Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, warehouse safety, and operational efficiency.
• Streamline picking and packing processes to support 10-15 construction and contractor clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment aligned with the client’s delivery schedule.
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, or errors to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily workflows, delivery schedules, and issue resolution with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and customer-facing teams to support smooth end-to-end supply chain execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

• 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics management, and supply chain management (SCM).
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and material handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in both English and Korean. (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Experience working with 3PL providers.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
