Position Overview
The Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Management is responsible for designing, building, and leading an end-to-end supply chain organization that supports business growth, operational excellence, and customer fulfillment. This role owns supply chain strategy and execution across planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier management, with a strong emphasis on building a scalable, high-performing team, advancing planning maturity, and expanding procurement capabilities across direct and indirect categories.

Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and scale a high-performing supply chain organization, including hiring, structuring, and developing talent across planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory functions
- Own and lead advanced planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and production scheduling, ensuring alignment between demand signals and supply execution
- Apply expert-level planning capabilities to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and service level performance in complex supply environments
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business growth, margin, and service objectives
- Lead procurement and strategic sourcing across direct and indirect categories, including expansion into indirect procurement ownership (MRO, logistics, facilities, IT, and services)
- Manage strategic relationships with EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) providers and ODM (Original Design Manufacturers), including contract manufacturing oversight, capacity alignment, quality performance, and cost optimization
- Source and manage supply base for server components and complex hardware ecosystems (CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, networking hardware, and related OEM/ODM partners)
- Lead complex contract negotiations, including long-term supply agreements, pricing structures, capacity commitments, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Manage logistics operations including inbound, outbound, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Drive inventory optimization strategies to balance service levels, working capital, and supply risk
- Establish and manage key supply chain KPIs (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, lead times, cost-to-serve)
- Lead ERP/MRP system optimization and supply chain digitization initiatives, with strong emphasis on Net Suite utilization
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, finance, and commercial teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and service performance
- Serve as a hands‑on leader and mentor, actively supporting execution while building team capability, accountability, and leadership depth
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing, distribution, or technology-driven environments
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling supply chain teams in high-growth environments
- Strong background in advanced planning functions (demand, supply, capacity, S&OP/IBP) with expert-level planning skills
- Proven leadership of cross-functional supply chain organizations
- Strong experience using Net Suite ERP, including supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, and reporting modules
- Demonstrated experience managing EMS and ODM partners, including contract manufacturing oversight, production scaling, quality management, and global supplier coordination
- Experience sourcing server components (CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, networking hardware, and related OEM ecosystems)
- Strong contract negotiation skills, including structuring multi-year agreements, cost optimization strategies, and supplier risk management frameworks
- Deep understanding of forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization methodologies
- Expert Excel skills, including advanced modeling, data analysis, pivot tables, and complex reporting frameworks
- Strong analytical, financial, and operational problem-solving skills
