Key Job Responsibilities- Own the end‑to‑end planning process for delivering power and cooling equipment in the assigned region, driving the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for supply chain planning, forecasting demand, and coordinating procurement activities.
- Manage change, coordinate changes to purchase orders and delivery schedules with global supply managers, sourcing managers, and internal customers.
- Partner with the data center demand planning team to capture customer demand and plan for equipment delivery using supplier lead times.
- Track and mitigate risks related to material planning or equipment delivery.
- Own business reviews and metrics to support improved decision‑making and on‑time deliveries across business partners and stakeholders.
- Own performance metrics covering on‑time delivery, manufacturing lead times, shipping lead times, and all builds within your regions.
- Serve as the single point of contact for internal customers for long‑lead equipment planning and delivery.
- Resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or poor‑quality deliveries requiring immediate replacements or field service.
- Lead cross‑functional projects to meet commitments and objectives while managing plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to lower risks and reduce lead times.
- Influence partner processes, technologies, and policies to achieve mutual benefits for both organizations sustainably.
- Clearly communicate plans to a wide range of stakeholders in a concise yet informative manner.
- Embodies a pioneering spirit with a hands‑on approach and willingness to develop processes in a fast‑paced environment.
- Serves as a strong customer advocate and delivers performance improvement through the customer's lens.
- Defines clear data requirements and metrics by collaborating across teams, implementing end‑to‑end tracking to quickly identify risks or deficiencies.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and exceptional ability to juggle competing priorities.
- 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration, or operations experience.
- 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Python.
- Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced consumer electronics product company.
- 4+ years of program, project, product management, or leading a product implementation process experience.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies.
Base salary range: USA, TX, Austin – $79,500.00 - $ USD annually; USA, VA, Herndon – $79,500.00 - $ USD annually; USA, WA, Seattle – $82,700.00 - $ USD annually.
