Procurement Specialist / Buyer

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist / Buyer to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience managing procurement activities, supplier relationships, and purchasing operations while supporting cross-functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors and suppliers.
• Work closely with multiple vendors and third-party suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) with accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and global teams to support business needs.
• Monitor supplier performance, cost optimization, and procurement efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Buyer roles.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with multiple suppliers and third-party vendors.
• Hands-on experience creating and managing BOMs.
