Business Summary An on‑site valet trash collector responsible for collecting bagged trash from apartment doorways and delivering it to the onsite trash compactor.
MUST HAVE DRIVER’S LICENSE & PICK‑UP TRUCK
Need hardworking individuals for door‑step valet waste removal.
Ideal Profile: highly detail oriented, motivated, excellent communication skills. Former Military Service Members Preferred. 5‑year contract work.
MUST OWN A GOOD‑CONDITION PICK‑UP TRUCK
NO VANS OR SUVs
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH
Key Responsibilities
- Collect bagged trash five days a week, irrespective of weather.
- Climb steps to retrieve trash from individual apartment doorways.
- Arrive on property at 7:55 PM and depart by 10:00 PM Sun–Thu.
- Remove trash quietly to respect residents’ bedtime schedule.
- Communicate daily with the Valet Field District Manager.
- Keep a clean, late‑model pickup truck on site.
Schedule 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sun‑Thu. Part‑time shift hours.
Qualifications
- Must speak English.
- Pickup truck in good working condition.
- Smartphone with familiarity in using apps.
Preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Former Military Service Members Preferred.
- Federal Tax r preferred; LLCs and Incs welcome.
