RequiredSkills
- At least 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, data management, finance, procurement, or consulting
- Proven expertise in supply and demand planning, including developing product supply plans aligned with financial goals
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in business process re-engineering with attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with data summarization and solution‑driving capabilities
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel; experience with Tableau is a plus
- Ability to independently solve routine problems and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Experience in supply chain risk evaluation and contingency planning
- Knowledge of software development fundamentals and data structures
- Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Experience in driving strategic initiatives for supply chain innovation and sustainability
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field
- MBA or advanced degree is preferred
- Willingness to participate in ad-hoc problem solving during unprecedented events
- Participation in activities supporting our sustainability goals, including eco‑friendly and carbon neutrality initiatives by 2030
- Expertise in leveraging supply chain tools to maximize operational performance
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $48.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full‑time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
