The Customer Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between Xinquan and our company partner related teams. This role is critical for maintaining strong relationships, ensuring smooth program execution, and proactively resolving issues to support on-time delivery and quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main communication bridge between our internal teams (Quality, Production, Logistics) and the customer teams of our industry partners.
  • Monitor and track all open issues (quality concerns, engineering changes, delivery delays, etc.) and drive timely resolution.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports detailing all customer interactions, issues, and action items, as well as weekly summary data reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements regarding appearance, function, packaging, and timing are fully understood and met.
  • Conduct self-sorting inspections as needed and manage third-party sorting coordination.
  • Escalate critical issues promptly to management with a clear impact assessment and proposed solutions.
  • Track and manage customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Handle all other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably in automotive Tier 1 supply (interiors experience is a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Strong hands‑on skills, with the ability to do a quick fix on interiors parts.
  • Self‑motivated with strong ownership and comfortable working independently off‑site.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours to align with customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
