Technology Procurement Analyst II

Role Overview

The Technology Procurement Analyst provides lead responsibility for procurement of materials and services, including IT software, hardware, and technology-related services. This role supports end-to-end procurement execution, vendor management, and operational process improvement while partnering closely with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant procurement outcomes.

Execute procurement activities for IT software, hardware, and services aligned to business needs, support full lifecycle procurement, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of procurement requests, maintain procurement documentation, contract records, and supplier data, and balance price, quality, service, delivery, and commercial terms in procurement decisions.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, customer service orientation, strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, knowledge of procurement principles, contract lifecycle, and vendor management, and systems & tools expertise in Service Now, Coupa, Catalyst, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, IT procurement, or vendor management
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

• CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management)
• APICS / ASCM certification
• ITAM or procurement-related certifications
