Sr. Supply Chain Product Mgr, New Product Introductions
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. Responsibilities- Execute strategic plans that improve service, productivity and quality, aligning to the overall organizational and customer vision.
- Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement.
- Understand the technical requirements of partners and work closely with internal development teams to guide the direction of the supply chain activities.
- Prepare and give detailed data‑driven business reviews to senior management, focused on new product launches or transitions.
- Drive strategic BOM reviews and qualifications with internal teams.
- Juggle multiple requirements and responsibilities, and communicate concisely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Synthesize complex program information into actionable updates to drive alignment across engineering, supply chain, and procurement teams.
- Own the supply chain strategy for your NPI program, ensuring material readiness during prototype and qualification, and developing a plan to scale production for launch.
- Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
- 5+ years of supply chain experience.
- 6+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience.
- MBA, or Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field.
- Experience communicating and handling cross‑functional programs, including project stakeholders, technical program managers, and software development teams.

Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
