Sr. Supply Chain Product Mgr, New Product Introductions

• Execute strategic plans that improve service, productivity and quality, aligning to the overall organizational and customer vision.
• Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement.
• Understand the technical requirements of partners and work closely with internal development teams to guide the direction of the supply chain activities.
• Prepare and give detailed data‑driven business reviews to senior management, focused on new product launches or transitions.
• Drive strategic BOM reviews and qualifications with internal teams.
• Juggle multiple requirements and responsibilities, and communicate concisely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Synthesize complex program information into actionable updates to drive alignment across engineering, supply chain, and procurement teams.
• Own the supply chain strategy for your NPI program, ensuring material readiness during prototype and qualification, and developing a plan to scale production for launch.

• Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• 6+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience.

• MBA, or Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field.
• Experience communicating and handling cross‑functional programs, including project stakeholders, technical program managers, and software development teams.
