AWS’s Infrastructure Supply Chain & Procurement (ISCaP) organization delivers solutions to source, build, and maintain socially responsible data center supply chains. We are a team of motivated professionals who enable the core sustainable infrastructure of AWS.

We are seeking a highly effective supply chain professional to manage one of our most complex commodities. In this role, the candidate will manage a thermal components supply chain with multiple products in close collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams to help enable AWS ISCaP to achieve continuity of supply and cost goals.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with high attention to detail, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Candidates must have excellent analytical capabilities, program management experience, the ability to dive deep into data, strong writing skills, the ability to lead executive-level reviews, and clear and effective communication at all levels of the company, in writing and in meetings.

The ideal candidate will raise the bar on delivering the right supply at the right time by deep diving into data and will actively participate with a strong curiosity to understand the business end-to-end, using data to influence decision makers.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a key member of the AWS Infrastructure supply chain team in helping to define and deliver complex supply chain strategies.
  • Design, develop and maintain scalable and reliable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics that drive key decisions and resource prioritization.
  • Understand the technical requirements of partners and work closely with internal technical teams to guide the direction of activities impacting the supply chain.
  • Produce written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders to help shape solution design.
  • Handle multiple projects, manage ambiguity, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations experience
  • 5+ years of strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience
  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations
  • Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python
  • Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of program, project, product management, or leading a product implementation process experience
  • Master s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
