Vending Attendant

We are hiring immediately for full‑time VENDING ATTENDANT positions.

Location:

Tesla Canteen Austin – 1 Tesla Road, Austin, TX 78725.

Note:

Schedule:

Full‑time; days may vary.

Shifts:

1st – 5:00 am to 1:30 pm; 2nd – 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm; 3rd – 9:00 pm to 5:30 am. More details upon interview.

Requirement:
Prior vending experience preferred, but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Pantry Attendant – monitors and restocks pantry stations, brews coffee, checks milk dates, monitors refrigerator temperature, cleans soda nozzles, places product orders at the start of each shift, and organizes storage replenishment.
• Pantry Runner Attendant – transports pantry products between branch and factory using a company box truck, distributes items to 20+ stations, maintains delivery vehicles, and reports maintenance issues. Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Boomerang Bottler Attendant – works in the sustainable Boomerang water production area, fills and prepares water bottles for distribution throughout the factory.
• Boomerang Runner Attendant – delivers Boomerang water to 50+ stations inside and outside the facility using a company vehicle for external routes and an electric cart for internal deliveries. Collects empty bottles and returns them to production. Valid driver’s license may be required.

Pay Range: $17.00–$22.00 per hour.

Provides vending products and services at a single location. Collects money from machines and makes change.

• Receives delivery of various items including soft drinks, bakery products, specialty foods, snack items and sundries at the customer’s place of business.
• Stocks shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers; collects stale, rejected or unsold merchandise; collects money from machines and refills bill and coin changers.
• Records transactions on appropriate card and/or electronic device.
• Is accountable for cash and product.
• Calls on existing customers to determine adequacy of service.
• Prepares order forms for food and pastry products.
• Informs regular customers of new products or services.
• Listens to and resolves service complaints.
• Performs routine maintenance and sanitation of machines; maintains clean storeroom and vending area.
• Sets up merchandise and sales‑promotion displays or issues sales‑promotion materials to customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
