Fluidstack in Austin is seeking a Hardware Fleet Manager to own the fleet lifecycle across sites—receipt, deployment, spares, RMA and decommissioning. You will set spares strategy per site and track fleet health to drive informed decisions.
You will maintain audit-ready asset records, lead warranty recovery efforts, and coordinate fleet moves and packaging standards. Bonus: GPU/server fleets, DCIM, asset systems, depreciation planning.
