We are looking for talented Procurement Manager who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment and is passionate about building technologies that make a meaningful impact. As a Procurement Manager you will be responsible for leading the organization’spurchasingactivities(Direct & Indirect) to ensure thetimely, cost-effective, and strategic acquisition of materials, components, and servicesrequiredto support production and business operations. This role oversees supplier management,purchasing performance and processes for both existing business and new product introduction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day purchasing activities(according to MRP) to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and servicesrequiredfor production and customer commitments.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to delivery, quality, capacity, responsiveness, and service levels.
  • Work closely with planning, supply chain, warehouse, engineering, quality, and operations teams to alignpurchasingactivities with production requirements and business priorities.
  • Support new product introduction by ensuring early supplier involvement,timely sourcing of components, and readiness ofpurchasedmaterials for launch.
  • Lead the resolution of supply-related escalations, shortages, and continuity risks, while developing mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Review andapprovepurchase plans,recommendations and decisions to ensure alignment with company policies and customer needs.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through quotation analysis, supplier consolidation, should-cost reviews, and negotiation initiatives.
  • Ensure procurement processes, purchasing controls, and supplier-related documentation are maintained in compliance with internal procedures and business requirements.
  • Track and reportprocurementKPIs such as cost savings, supplier performance, on-time delivery, purchase price variance, lead-time improvements, and risk exposure.
  • Collaborate with finance and materials teams to support inventory targets, cash flow goals, and overall working capital performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the purchasing team to strengthen performance, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Supportpurchasingplanning for both current and future business needs, including supply base optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically requires8+ years of experience in purchasing, or supply chain management, including leadership responsibility.
  • Strong experience in supplier negotiations, commercialmanagementandsupply chain operations.
  • Background in managing direct materials, components, and supplier relationships in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting new product introduction, supplier readiness, and purchasing activities for both ongoing andnew programs.
  • Strong knowledge ofpurchasingprocesses, cost analysis, supplier performance management, and risk mitigation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and drive results through collaboration and accountability.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems,purchasing tools, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement methods(Lean, Six Sigma).
