Position Overview :Lead the 0-1 establishment of North American procurement
system and end-to-end supplier management, and oversee full-cycle North American supply chain operations. Align local business execution with procurement and supply chain standards and policies from China headquarters. Drive system build-up,
supplier development & negotiation, logistics and warehouse management from scratch to support efficient launch and scaled growth of North American business.
Coordinate with China headquarters to implement and optimize unified procurement and supply chain policies and standard procedures, and adjust execution rules to fitlocal US business scenarios. Build end-to-end procurement workflows and SOPs in North America from scratch, standardize local procurement operations, and ensure consistent compliance and efficient collaboration between North America branch and headquarters.
Source, screen and develop local and cross-border suppliers for procurement,
logistics, warehousing and customs clearance services. Lead business negotiation, pricing bargaining, contract term discussion and signing. Establish standardized
supplier access, evaluation and elimination mechanisms, monitor supplier service quality, delivery performance and operational risks, and continuously optimize the supplier ecosystem.
Manage end-to-end operations of cross-border and US domestic logistics, including sea freight, air freight and international courier shipping, covering booking, customs clearance, tax declaration and overseas delivery. Oversee trunk transportation, local distribution and last-mile fulfillment across Texas, California and North Carolina.
Optimize logistics solutions and routes, reduce transportation costs, resolve cargo delays, damages and losses, and ensure stable order fulfillment.
Lead the 0-1 launch and daily operation of overseas warehouses in Texas, California and North Carolina, including site selection, layout planning and process
establishment. Develop standard SOPs for receiving, stocking, picking, packing,delivery and inventory checking. Control inventory accuracy, warehouse utilization
rate and operational costs, build inventory early warning system, manage slow-moving stock, and avoid stock-out and overstock risks.
Manage comprehensive costs of North American procurement, logistics and
warehousing. Achieve cost reduction through resource integration, price negotiation and process iteration. Regularly analyze operational data, delivery lead time and
operational exceptions, and deliver optimization reports. Continuously streamline workflows and build a scalable procurement and supply chain system suitable for startup growth.
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Procurement, Supply Chain, International
Trade or Logistics is preferred. 3-5 years of end-to-end experience in North America procurement, logistics and supply chain management. Candidates with startup 0-1 system building experience are highly preferred.
Familiar with North American local procurement rules, supplier development and
contract negotiation processes. Proficient in China-US cross-border logistics and US domestic warehousing & delivery operations. Proven ability to build procurement and supply chain systems from scratch, experienced in cross-border team alignment and policy implementation, and adaptable to fast-paced startup work environment.
Proficient in Office, ERP, WMS and other management systems. Strong capabilities in cost control, data analysis, problem-solving and business negotiation. Fluent in English for full-time work, capable of independent vendor communication and
handling English business contracts and operations.
High self-motivation, strong execution and pressure resistance, result-oriented with no bureaucratic mindset. Good at resource integration and process optimization.
Adaptable to cross-state work and short business travel in TX/CA/NC. Strong sense of responsibility and cross-team collaboration awareness.
