Job Description & How to Apply Below

Austin, Texas, United States Operations and Supply Chain

Imagine what you could accomplish  an environment where innovation and operational excellence thrive, we're seeking a highly organized, strategic thinker to lead logistics readiness, program management, and supply chain execution across the Americas region. This role sits at the heart of Apple's Americas logistics operations and owns both strategic and tactical planning across distribution centers, transportation networks, and cross-functional delivery programs — transforming complex operational challenges into clear, measurable business impact with creativity, rigor, and a bias for action.

Description

You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless and efficient movement of products and materials across the Americas region, owning logistics readiness planning and coordination across distribution centers and transportation networks. Driven by a commitment to operational excellence, you will develop strategies and program frameworks that enable informed, proactive decision-making — improving service, cost, and delivery performance while leading logistics readiness from strategy through execution.

This role drives cross-functional alignment across supply chain, operations, sales, and channel partners to ensure service, cost, and operational efficiency, while managing program budget, timelines, resources, and deliverables. You will evaluate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate impact — including ad-hoc analytical problem solving during dynamic or unprecedented events — partnering with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable logistics plans that drive alignment and effective execution.

You will identify process improvement and change management opportunities across tools, work streams, and systems — driving solutions from conception through implementation, directly or through partner teams. You will build automation that improves team efficiency, monitor KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, and standardize cadences to improve planning quality and speed.

Success in this role requires strong analytical judgment, structured problem-solving, and strategic leadership — the ability to turn complex operational data into clear decisions, facilitate cross-functional programs, and communicate findings in relatable terms that highlight business impact and guide strategic choices for senior leadership. You will navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while serving as a trusted subject matter expert across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead logistics readiness planning and program execution across AMR distribution centers and transportation networks, managing program timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Develop analytical models, scenario analyses, and interactive dashboards that anticipate constraints and enable proactive decision-making; become a trusted resource on logistics exception KPIs and operational performance
  • Automate routine reporting through Python-based data pipelines and AI-assisted tools (LLMs, GenAI assistants) to reduce manual effort and speed up analysis
  • Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, network constraints, and planning conflicts; develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans
  • Lead alignment with supply chain, operations, and channel partners to inform planning discussions, including regular operations reviews
  • Drive standardization of team deliverables and reporting, lead process/system improvements backed by data analysis, and build measurement frameworks that improve the customer and operational experience
  • Translate complex data and program updates into relatable business impact, guiding strategic choices for stakeholders and leadership
  • Serve as the logistics and supply chain SME for the team; provide guidance and support to colleagues and cross-functional partners on operational topics and decisions
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain, and program management, preferably in the technology industry
  • Demonstr…
