Investment Watches is looking for a highly organized and dependable Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Austin.
This role will be responsible for coordinating the intake and outtake of luxury watches and other high-value products, ensuring that every item is properly received, documented, tracked, and delivered. The ideal candidate is extremely structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily intake and outtake of watches and other high-value products
- Inspect incoming packages and ensure each item is properly received, documented, photographed, and entered into our system
- Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and pickups with clients, dealers, and business partners
- Maintain accurate tracking information and provide timely shipping updates
- Confirm that all required documentation, accessories, and certificates are included with each shipment
- Coordinate internally with our sales, inventory, authentication, and service teams
- Monitor shipments through delivery and quickly address delays or other issues
- Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and packaging areas
- Help improve logistics procedures as the company continues to grow
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable, responsible, and able to follow established procedures
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with valuable products that require careful handling
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers, shipping platforms, and inventory systems
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or inventory management is a strong advantage
- Experience working with luxury goods or high-value products is beneficial but not required
