ABOUT EVERYDAY DOSE

Everyday Dose is a functional coffee company on a mission to help people feel better, think clearer, and perform at their best, without the crash that comes with regular coffee. We're a fast-growing, nine-figure D2C brand with a loyal, high-retention subscriber base, and we're scaling our retention function to match our ambitions.

ABOUT

THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to help drive the day-to-day execution of our growing supply chain operation. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll own the daily and weekly cadence of inventory planning, purchasing, production coordination, inventory reconciliation, and co-manufacturer execution.

Our supply chain spans overseas ingredient suppliers, domestic co-manufacturers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouses. Your job is to keep the pieces moving accurately and on time—from ensuring materials are available for upcoming production runs to reconciling inventory and following up with suppliers.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by closing loops. You’ll work closely with the Supply Chain Manager on priorities and supplier direction while owning the execution needed to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

This role is fully remote, with a hybrid option available for candidates based in Austin, TX.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You’ll take primary ownership across several core areas of our supply chain operation:

  • Planning & Inventory:
Run inventory planning across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods while maintaining safety stock, reorder points, and planning models.
  • Purchasing & Supplier Performance:
Support sourcing and purchasing activities, maintain pricing and contract information, monitor supplier performance and risk, and ensure open items get closed.
  • Co-Manufacturing & Production:
Serve as a day-to-day operational partner to our co-manufacturers and keep production schedules, materials, and inventory aligned.
  • Inventory Accuracy:
Drive cycle counting, reconciliation, FEFO management, and traceability across co-manufacturers and 3PL locations.
  • Operational Execution:
Maintain the models, processes, reporting, and follow-up cadence needed to keep production and supply chain activities running on schedule.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Run inventory planning:
Manage inventory planning across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods and maintain appropriate safety stock and reorder points by SKU and material.
  • Support S&OP:
Prepare inputs, run scenarios, publish outputs, and track follow-up actions for production planning and the monthly S&OP cycle.
  • Maintain planning models:
Build and maintain formula-driven, auditable planning models and run-rate tools that provide clear visibility into inventory and production needs.
  • Support sourcing:
Partner with the Sourcing Manager on supplier negotiations through cost analysis, quote comparisons, and should-cost modeling.
  • Maintain supplier information:
Keep contract and pricing records accurate and track expirations, volume commitments, and renewal dates.
  • Monitor supplier performance:
Track supplier OTIF and quality performance, support scorecard reviews, and identify areas requiring follow-up or improvement.
  • Manage supply risk:
Monitor single-source exposure, tariff changes, capacity constraints, supplier financial health, and other potential risks while maintaining contingency options.
  • Manage aging inventory:
Identify aging and obsolete inventory early and coordinate escalation and disposition before it becomes a write-off.
  • Support invoice accuracy:
Ensure 3-way invoice matching across suppliers and co-manufacturers and help resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate co-manufacturers:
Serve as a day-to-day contact for co-manufacturer partners across scheduling, materials, and issue resolution.
  • Manage production schedules:
Build and maintain production schedules and confirm material availability ahead of every production run.
  • Protect shelf life:
Manage ingredients using FEFO principles across co-manufacturer locations.
  • Monitor production performance:
Track yield and scrap against standards, investigate…
