• Familiarity with ESD control, clean packaging, and contamination-sensitive handling.
• Experience with oversized/heavy-lift freight, air charters, or specialized crating.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, import compliance, and claim/RMA processes.
• Forklift, overhead crane, or rigging coordination exposure (certification a plus).

About the Role The Inbound Coordinator owns end-to-end receipt, verification, and put-away of semiconductor manufacturing tools, subsystems, and related materials. You ensure high-value, ESD- and contamination-sensitive shipments are processed accurately, on time, and in line with customer, OEM, and site quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate inbound shipments of semiconductor tools, modules, spares, and consumables (ocean, air, truck, courier).
• Track ASNs, BOLs, packing lists, and commercial invoices; resolve discrepancies before arrival.
• Schedule dock appointments; prioritize urgent tool moves and installation-critical freight.
• Oversee unloading, inspection, piece-count, and damage checks for crated/heavy equipment.
• Verify serial numbers, part numbers, revision levels, and configuration against POs and packing docs.
• Enforce ESD, clean packaging, and handling rules for tools and sensitive components.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs on delays, holds, and claims.
• Manage holds for damaged, incomplete, or nonconforming receipts; drive RMA and claim packages with photos and documentation.
• Enter receipts in WMS/ERP; trigger put-away, quarantine, or staging for install/tooling teams.
• Maintain chain-of-custody for high-value assets; support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Partner with Tooling, Facilities, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality on dock-to-stock and dock-to-install flow.
