Responsibilities- Coordinate and arrange outbound shipments via local couriers, LTL, and full truckload (TL) carriers
- Prepare printed materials for shipment by wrapping, packing, banding, and palletizing to ensure safe transport
- Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipping documentation accurately and on time
- Schedule pickups and manage daily freight flow to meet production and customer deadlines
- Load and unload trucks throughout the day using appropriate material‑handling equipment
- Enter, track, and maintain shipment data within core systems including PACE, Veracore and Process Shipper
- Verify shipment accuracy against shipping instructions, ensuring correct quantities, destinations, and labeling
- Communicate with carriers, couriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues and delays
- Monitor freight costs and support efficient shipping practices where possible
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area in compliance with company and safety standards
- Lead and support day‑to‑day shipping operations, providing guidance to team members as needed
Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm plus overtime as needed
Qualifications- Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within a defined onboarding period, if applicable)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in shipping and freight operations, preferably in a manufacturing or commercial printing environment
- Demonstrated experience coordinating courier, LTL, and truckload (TL) freight shipments
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and safely
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and stand for extended periods throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑driven warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail with shipping documentation and freight accuracy
