In this role, you will do more than just process orders; you will be an integral part of our operational excellence. Your responsibilities include:
- Executing accurate order entry and administration to ensure seamless processing and client satisfaction.
- Coordinating shipments and collaborating with third‑party vendors to guarantee timely delivery.
- Optimizing inventory management by supporting routine checks and addressing discrepancies proactively.
- Fostering robust relationships by responding to basic customer inquiries with empathy and clear communication.
- Maintaining vital operational documents to uphold our high standards of accuracy and compliance.

- Essential:
High School diploma (or equivalent); advanced computer, typing, and organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail; excellent communication abilities. - Preferred:
Associate's degree; up to 3 years of experience in the legal field (highly valued for compliance and documentation accuracy); proficiency with order entry software.

Up to $23.32/hour. - Schedule:
Monday

100% Onsite in Austin, TX.
